Weather Change

February 6th. Saturday.

The ONE day out of the entire month of February so far that had a really nice weather.

So my friend Julie and I headed down to the Town Lake (or LADY BIRD LAKE if you want to be politically correct) for multiple photo shoots.

 

And yes. Town Lake is the best place to play with/take pictures of/observe/stare at/check out dogs and puppies in Austin. Don't quote me on that, it's strictly my personal opinion..

Great place for couples too. Butler Park!

I love the Austin skyline.

 Kids were playing in the fountain nearby Butler Park.

I don't know how they do it, it was still pretty cold..

random indoor-soccer player we bumped into when we were leaving Butler Park.

We pleaded for him to model for some shots...nice guy.

Pedestrian Bridge. I love how the lines work in this picture.

and of course, street musicians. Love them.

A nice coffee date with my cameras.

Weird thing is, I've been falling in love with my FM10 (which I never used the past year since I bought it) as I'm forced to use it for my B&W photography class.

Something different about films.

Dark room's fun too.
Even though I smell like chemicals after spending all my life in there every week.
